The position will require working with groups of 30 or more people, including children in grades K – 12, in both the aquarium and classroom settings.

Position Summary 

Tour Guide personnel should possess a pleasant, outgoing demeanor, as well as, ensure a safe, fan-friendly environment for our guests while providing guests a vast knowledge of Pirate and PNC Park history. The position includes; but is not limited to: providing benchmark customer service, monitoring tour tickets, serving as a source of ballpark information for all guests. National 9/11 Memorial and Museum - New York, NY

The 9/11 Memorial Museum’s Interpretive Guide Program plays a key role in the 

Museum’s educational mission. Interpretive Guides lead artifact-based public
