I just want to update you on my job hunting progress so that you can feel like a proud teacher. Well, just days after I finished your class (Dec '07), I sent out 8 resumes. I've been contacted by 4 companies already (3 in less than a week); have done 2 phone interviews and passed the first rounds. EF Smithsonian has invited me to their January 08 TD orientation. And, I will be meeting with Peak Performance Tours' Ops Manager.

I am now working in San Diego for 4 DMC's as a guide/field staff and as a tour director for a motor coach tour operator guiding day trips in So. Cal and into Baja. I will do my first 7 day motor coach.
